RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I love Mr. Mittens has a 14 days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with tags still attached.
Returning your purchase:
- Contact us via email at [email protected] Please include your customer order number and which items you would like to exchange in order to ensure stock availability. Please do not return items without getting in touch first. We will send you a RA number and the correct return address.
- Place the items in the original packaging and enclose securely
- Ship with the courier of your choice. For your own benefit, please ensure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery.
Please note that the cost of return delivery is your own responsibility and will not be paid for by I love Mr. Mittens
Receiving your refund:
We only offer a refund if the item was faulty. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, Paypal or as store credit.
Exchanging your purchase:
Items are exchangeable into a different size and colour, or for store credit. All exchanges are based on stock availability and will be shipped to you free of charge. As all the items are hand knitted waiting times may vary.

All of our pieces are hand knitted with love and care. In the rare event that an item received is classified as faulty and was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace your item immediately.
As the I love Mr.Mittens team hand knits every item, production times may take longer as advertised. We do not accept cancellations if waiting times are longer than expected. We do our best to get all of your orders out to you as soon as possible.Once you place your order we don’t accept cancellations because you have a change of heart. We can cancel your order and offer store credit but we don’t offer refunds on cancellations.
