I love Mr. Mittens offers free express delivery for all orders. Orders shipped by express e-parcel can be expected to arrive within 1 business day for metropolitan areas and up to 3 business days for non-metropolitan areas.
Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
All domestic orders are shipped with Australia post. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday to prevent delays in receiving your parcel.
Larger orders over five items within Australia will be sent with Fastway Road Express.
I love Mr. Mittens ships globally with the exception of Russia. International orders are shipped by an international express delivery service (TNT or DHL) with a signature required upon delivery. A flat rate shipping price will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders are fully traceable via the courier website using the tracking number provided to you via email. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Taxes and Duties
I love Mr. Mittens unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any duty fees and taxes that may be applied in the country where delivery occurs. This responsibility rests with the customer. If you have any queries please contact your local customs or courier officer for more information.
Ownership and Risk
At the time of delivery, ownership and risk of damage to the goods is passed onto the receiver. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for your goods is passed to you. We advise checking to ensure your package is intact and unharmed when received. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the specified address) is proof of delivery and fulfillment by I love Mr. Mittens and the transfer of responsibility has occurred in the same way.
